Eligibility
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that any information you provide is accurate. If you are in the EU, UK, or a region with a higher minimum age for digital consent, you must meet that age requirement to use the Services.
Service description
The App helps you view online activity information for contacts you choose to follow, receive notifications where available, and review activity in a log-style interface. Features may differ between free and paid tiers as shown in the App.
The App may allow you to:
- Monitor online activity for contacts you add
- Follow multiple contacts, subject to plan limits
- Receive online and offline notifications where supported
- Review activity history where your plan allows
- Compare activity between contacts where the feature is available
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your App Store account settings. Pricing and trial terms, if any, are displayed at the time of purchase.
Your purchase is for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, or transfer access to paid features in violation of App Store rules or these Terms.
We may change prices or subscription terms; changes apply to new purchases or renewals as required by the store and applicable law.
Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store. Refunds, if any, are handled according to Apple’s policies.
Usage restrictions
Anyone who signs in and uses Chat App Tracker agrees to use the App for parental control use only. The App must not be used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner. You confirm that you are 16 years old or over, as the App is not designed for children under 16.
Acceptable use
In addition to the Usage restrictions above, you agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not use the App to harass, stalk, defraud, or harm others, or to violate anyone’s rights or platform policies. You are responsible for how you use the App and for obtaining any consent or providing any notice required in your jurisdiction.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and devices used with the App. Notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use related to the Service.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimers
THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chat App Tracker and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Material changes may require additional notice as required by law. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
